Arizona

One of my favorite things to argue about is politics. I find it amazing and sometimes amusing the different political views from around the world. And of course, the opinion of American Politics whether you are from my country or not. So here I am across the world when I see on Fox News (on line) that in Arizona the opposing sides are rallying for their immigration cause. Being from Texas, I have grown up knowing that illegal immigration has always been a problem. For those going Nooo, we had no idea, do you really think your lawn is cut for $25 US in 10 minutes by legal workers? Here's your paper bag. :) I for one would be trying to escape Mexico too. They have a major problem goin' on. BUT let's do it the right way. I think the problem should be fixed Before people have to flee their country. Let's find out how to knock back the drug trafficking and focus on those that want to make a better life for themselves. That is where Washington should be interfering. Not in Arizona.
As far as having to show documentation to prove you are legal? I carry an ID card here in KL. It's not a pain, it takes up the same amount of room as my drivers license. Would I be offended if asked to produce it? No. Could someone stop me because I'm white in a brown world? Probably. But since I AM LEGAL WITH NOTHING TO HIDE I am not going to fight about it. It is breaking the law to enter any country around the world by sneaking over the border. I think Arizona should have the right to protect it's citizens.
